Dog park for homeless women's pets

I think they must have some idea of how to deal with homeless people and their needs. They have been letting the women park in a safe area. The dog run must have grown from the original program when they realized that many of the women have dogs.

It is a great idea and it  meets the needs of the people they want to help. I wish more places would show such regard for the pets of homeless people. In many places women with pets are turned away.
