I forgot I posted this and I looked at the title and thought what is this all about.

I had no idea what a crumhorn is until I followed the link. I have heard them before and now I know what they are called.
I think crumhorn works for a coyote or even a small pack of coyotes. Of course not when they are howling.  Is there an instrument that compares to a coyote howling?

I think the orchestra is more like a pack of Canada Geese or a group of Mallard  ducks.

Clarinet for the raccoons makes sense.
I wonder what would work for deer. What do you think, strings or brass? The moose would have to be something like a bass fiddle. That would make deer a cello. 
We could get a whole orchestra going just thinking about it.
