A family's cat was hit by a car and was killed. The family just wanted to be sure so they rushed the cat to a vet. The vet looked at the cat, said it was dead and charged them 106 pounds, for two minutes work!

I just think this is outrageous. I know vets deserve to be paid, but this is ridiculous amount of money. The vet didn't do anything for the people or their cat. Surely there must be some way to regulate vet fees. In this case the vet should have shown some compassion and decency and just charged a minimum service charge. Over 200 dollars is not a minimum service charge.
