Save the lions

I have heard of the "save half the planet" movement. I hadn't heard about the slaughter of lions.  This is terrible and stopping the destruction of a species is critical. The only thing more urgent is saving half the planet. If we can do that we have a chance at saving the animals.
Of course we need to fight against the use of animal parts for any purpose.
