Who are those dogs in the turtlenecks

This is funny and strange and definitely an internet social media thing. A picture was posted of two greyhounds in turtlenecks. It went viral with people making all kinds of assumptions about the dogs. 
Finally someone tracked the actual dogs down and now we know who they are.

I think they looked alert, intelligent and very stylish. Dogs always look good in coats and sweaters, but these two are classy looking. They also look comfortably warm.
