Shelter cat gets new crocheted ears

A stray named Lady in a Fur Coat or just Lady had to have surgery to remove her ear flaps because of chronic ear infections.
This has left her looking a little odd and it was feared she would never be adopted. She is a sweet cat and deserves a forever home.
So a volunteer got busy and with crochet and made a cute set of ears. Lady looks much better now.

The new ears do give her an interesting look. I think I would have used grey to match her fur, but the purple is a pretty colour. 
Maybe she could have a whole set of ears to go with any season. I hope it works. She looks much better and once someone falls in love with her she might not need the ears. It is really nice that a volunteer cared so much that she made ears for a cat. There are some really nice people out there.
