The Wolf In Shepherd's Clothing
#12
Thank-you for the info. This is good information to have. Tea Tree Oil!
So Tea Tree Oil repels insects and kills eggs. I wonder how many kinds of insect/lice it would be effective against.

We use Neem Oil to kill reptile mites. It is safer than the insecticides and it works. Tea Tree Oil is a similar idea. As a natural product it is probably safer for the animals. That must be a great relief to sheep and goat owners to have a safe way of dealing with fly strike.

It seems that no matter what you raise you have to watch for insects. Mites can kill a snake because they weaken it so much. I had bird mites on the hamsters once, just the hamsters near the rescue quail and I uses Rosemary made into a tea to treat them and it worked.

I am sure we can find safe natural remedies for any problem.
