Once again, humans are attempting to shift the blame on to another species. They are blaming the wolves for the decline in caribou, whereas - as you correctly point out - the real reason is loss of habitat caused by relentless human expansion and interference. This is happening all over the world, as humans seek to expand into natural animal habitats (e.g. the Amazon forest).
