Sadly they are still holding a couple of dogs because they might be part Pitbull.  The Pitbull ban is ridiculous. It hasn't made people safer and it has caused  a number of dogs to suffer. Some have even been euthanized. A law that would make people responsible for their dog's behavior might cut down on dog attacks.
Banning one breed, like Pitbulls,  is pointless  and results in sad situations like this.

At least Ringo made it home safe.
