Two Right Whales seen hugging

Using a drone, observers captured images of two Right Whales hugging.
It was a special moment and it is beautiful that we were able to share it.

You never think about whales hugging. It is sweet to think they are affectionate with each other.
Too often when we hear about right whales it is a report of loses and injuries from ship strikes and fishing gear entanglement.
At last some good news. I hope it is the first of many good news whale stories.
