Taxi driver fined for dumping blind man and his guide dog

If the driver felt so strongly about dogs, he should not have started the trip with a blind man. Once he started to transport the man and his dog, he accepted the  responsibility to complete the trip. He should lose his license for what he did. 
We trust drivers to take us places. A driver who fails to do that, fails to be a taxi driver.
Anyone who would abandon a blind man in an unfamiliar place should not be working with the public. 

I am glad the blind man and his dog made it home safe.
