A dad, known as Dwayne The Rock Johnson, came home to find his girls had brought home 2 guinea pigs.

He certainly wasn't expecting to find two guinea pigs. From his comments, I would say he has understood what it takes to look after guinea pigs.
I think he warmed up to the idea of guinea pigs very quickly. When you know what guinea pigs are like and how much care they need and you still like them, you are going to be a good piggie parent.
It is funny watching someone so big with a guinea pig.
