Humans seem to be very bad at predicting natural disasters. We are usually caught by surprise, sometimes with deadly consequences. Animals however seem to know ahead of time. They are clearly sensing things we are not aware of. Could we listen to the animals around us and let them be a warning system.

It is good this is being studied. There is a lot we can gain from hearing the animals around us. Sometimes even a 5 minute warning of an earthquake would be enough to save lives.
