Oh what an amazing and wonderful story! It is so good she managed to get all of her kittens out of that garage. She is a wonderful and very brave mother, bless her heart. And such a strong Soul.

Welcome Victoria202. Yes that is a truly incredible story. It made me cry. Mother cats are known for their fierce love for their kittens, but this cat goes beyond the usual cat devotedness. She is a super hero of cat moms. I am glad she was saved and lived her life in peace. Catherine

Good find, Noble Knight. The story is truly inspiring and shows how maternal love - to the point risking one's own life for the sake of young ones and enduring a lot of suffering - is certainly not restricted to humans. What a wonderful and loving mother to those kittens!

To do a thing like that once, would be a very brave deed. But to go back and forth through those flames FIVE times....is a level of courage even many soldiers would find hard. Bless this cat. I am really glad she survived, to continue to be a great mother to them!

It is amazing. She would not leave one kitten behind no matter what it cost her. It goes beyond bravery. It is a heroic self sacrifice fed by the strongest love on earth. No wonder we celebrate Mother's Day. Catherine |
