Zoo elephant takes her own showers.

The Berlin Zoo regularly gives its elephants showers. Mary the elephant prefers to take her own shower. They hand her the hose and she does a very good job of showering herself. Except of course when another elephant interferes with the hose.

The zoo is studying the behavior of both elephants. Mary taught herself to use the hose. It is another example of elephant intelligence and tool use.
The other elephant may be playing with the hose or she may be doing it deliberately. They are not sure yet. She could be deliberately messing with Mary's shower.
Elephants are that clever. We are only just beginning to understand how intelligent elephants are. Maybe the other elephant wants to take its own shower too.
