Disabled dog left out at the dog park, until little dog makes friends

Maddie is a 13 year old dog. She was born with a brainstem injury that makes her uncoordinated. She can be socially awkward. She was the last pup in her litter to find a home.
Her people adore her and include her in everything. That is why they felt sad that she was left out by the other dogs playing at the dog park. As they ran and romped, Maddie stood by and watched, looking a little sad and uncertain. Then a little dog ran up and started to play with her. It was the sweetest thing to see them together. Maddie looked so happy.

I guess even dogs have their social anxieties. A dog like Maddie could have trouble making friends. Dogs need friends.
That little dog was so sweet to play with her and make her feel welcome.
