Chihuahua born without front legs

April, the Chihuahua, or Roo Roo as she is called, was born without front legs. That hasn't slowed her down or made her unhappy.
She is probably one of the happiest ever. She found a way to hop around on her back legs.

Roo Roo is an inspiration. Nothing slows her down or makes her unhappy.
It is hard though, so they are working to get her a custom wheelchair. Think how well she will get around with a wheelchair.
No one will be able to keep up with her, if she has wheels.
