I know, pets do help us very much in many ways. They give us so much, throughout their lives. The one thing many of them find so natural is unconditional love, and that has a transformative power.
I am useless at finding smileys! But I really appreciate them when other people find them for me! LOL
(I like your "Smiley-Factory" one....I've never seen that before....or the dancing bananas.)
P.S. Catherine, I like our new Header!

Where would we be without our animal friends? Life would be all the poorer for all of us.

You could go through just about anything if you had a friendly dog by your side to encourage you and make you feel loved and safe. All our pets do so much more to give us better lives. Life without guinea pigs would be easier, but it would be so lacking in special moments. Watching Robbie waddling down the length of the kitchen to check things out is just too funny. He is comical.
The various dogs in my life greet me like life was not complete until I dropped by. Dogs just put so much into everything they do.
