Dog shot and tossed in the canal

This would have been a horrible thing to find and sadly two girls found it.
The dog was shot, its legs tied and then it was tossed in the canal.
Everyone is shocked and distressed by it. There was a similar incident last summer. Hopefully someone who knows what happened will come forward.

So far no one has been caught, but someone must know what happened. We need a brave person to speak up and protect more animals from having the same fate.

Horrific and very sad. I always ask how could anyone want to do these things to any animal? I hope the poor dog died instantly from the shot.
It is also very sad that two young girls had to discover its body.

I hope the person who did this is found and pays the penalty.

Sadly with so many abuse cases, no one is ever caught. Someone must know who they are. I just wish they would come forward for the benefit of all of us. Animal abusers don't stop, they get worse and they are a danger to people as well.

I would hope that a gunshot would be a quick death.

The girls however will carry the image in their minds for the rest of their lives.
