That was a beautiful rescue. They must have worked for hours to get the dog out. Do you wonder how it got in the pipe in the first place?
When the dog started eating seemed to want to stop and look at his rescuers first. He wanted them to know he was grateful, but very hungry and needing to eat.
As long as people are willing to rescue an animal in need then we not such a bad species after all.

No I am not sure how it got in the pipe or how long it had been there. I don't speak Spanish. They might have mentioned that on the video but I wouldn't know.
The dog looked in fine condition, considering! I hope that man with the hammer got a nice cold beer afterwards. He deserved one!

That man deserves free beer for a week, LOL! Good find, Tobi. It was amazing that the dog hardly flinched while the man was chipping away near his head.
