Koala clings to mom during surgery

The poor little mama Koala was hit by a car and was rushed to the vet. They had to do emergency surgery. Her baby clung to her during the surgery.

Mom and baby are doing well. Never underestimate the healing power of love. Certainly the baby has a strong bond of love for the mom and the mom must have known the baby was there and that would bring her peace.

I'm so glad the vets let the little joey stay with his mother. I suppose they knew he wouldn't be so stressed that way. To him, it would be like she was just sleeping, and all he wanted was to stick with her, bless him!

It was cute the way he clung to her. That was very sensitive and kind of them to let him cling to her. He must have been so scared when she got hurt.
