Yes LPC, we have to bear those things in mind. Most of us have no idea about the restrictions in a Communist country.

I was very pleased to see the receipts and details the NTDM ladies showed me. I thanked them for that. They are doing their best.

It is actually remarkable that they are able to do anything at all.
They are starting from nothing and no support and they have built a campaign against dog meat. It was good of them to send you an email.

I hope their good beginnings keep growing and become a strong country wide movement. If it comes from within China then it can't be said that we are imposing our ideas on their culture and traditions. It is their own people who are rejecting the brutality of the dog meat markets and the dog eating festivals.
