Man lets his dog kill a cat

Twenty-five years ago no one responded to a man turning his dog on a cat. I would get a response if I made a call about it now.

People watch for dogs in hot cars and stores put water dishes outside.
It is a more animal friendly world. We just hear about all the terrible stuff and it is discouraging. The bad stuff always went on, now we are fighting it and sometimes having success.

The outrage over this incident is a sign of how things have improved.
