The last time we went away for any time was before we had any piggies. We had just lost our hamster and didn't consider going away when she was here. There are plenty of people eager and willing to take care of our animals but it doesn't feel right at all.
Our fish were OK for a week but we never left them for that long. A couple of days was all I would consider.
We take them into our care and I don't take the responsibility lightly.
That being said, the photos of the animals are very endearing. I don't think I could have left any of them!!
