That is a group I am not familiar with. There are a lot of groups working in different areas. Hopefully the information will reach the right group. I am sure there are animal rights/animal protection groups in the area. They may already know. This is not the first town to start killing dogs is terrible ways.

This is more recent and it shows that there is an animal rights movement in Iran.  No doubt they know what is going on.

I don't know if the animal right movement in Iran is strong enough to do anything right now.
