Baby animals rescued from Texas floods
#1
The Wildlife Centre of Texas is doing an amazing job of caring for baby animals caught in the flooding in their area.
They have taken in over 150 animals since Monday.

We forget how much wildlife is effected by a natural disaster like a flood. I do wish them luck caring for all the babies that have been found. I hope they are able to raise them and release them later when nature settles down.

Flooding really hits the wildlife hard. Whilst the adults may be able to escape, the babies rarely stand a chance. Thank goodness for the rescuers.
I only hope the babies can eventually be released back to the wild.

The rescue centre must be knee deep in babies. I am sure they will release as many as they can when they are big enough. Every staff and volunteer must be working round the clock to keep things going.

Why is it that rescue situations are always a total over load like this. Huh
