Last animals rescued from Gaza Zoo

I have posted about Gaza Zoo and how bad the conditions were. Animals actually starved to death and then their dead bodies were put on display. A group called Four Paws has been working on feeding the animals and now finally rescuing them.

A lot of the zoos troubles had to do with what was happening politically in the area, but that doesn't make it better.


It is just a relief to know that the animals are safe and their suffering is over.

I have heard of "Four Paws" before, and have great respect for what they do. They have worked very hard to help the animals in Gaza Zoo. They need our support.

The last tiger in the zoo has arrived at the sanctuary in South Africa. He is going to have many acres to roam. After his life in a cage it will be like a dream come true for him.
