Henry is a Bearded Dragon that I took in almost 2 years ago. I am not even sure of his history, but he is paralyzed from the just below his front legs. It might have been a lack of calcium in his diet or he might have had a stroke. He has done very well. I fattened him up and he dragged himself around his tank and has been a happy lizard. I even took him for walks(he rode on my shoulder).
In July he seemed to have a stroke and I thought I had lost him, but he recovered. He recovered sort of, but he has lost weight since then and has not been strong. This time he is really sick. He is not conscious and he is barely breathing. I have him wrapped in a baby blanket on my lap and I doubt he is going to pull through this time.
Poor Henry. I gave him the best life I could, but it has not been easy for him.
