2016 a year of victory for animals

Yes I know there are still many terrible things going on. (there were no victories for reptiles this year) However there were some major victories. On the whole it was a good year. Many of the victories are significant and will have effects that are far reaching.
If one fashion house bans fur, what about the rest of them? Why can't they ban fur too? If one country can ban animal testing them what about all the other countries of the world?

We are building a better world. Sometimes it doesn't seem that way. Sometimes it looks like we are losing ground. However when you look at the things that have happened this year, we are winning against cruelty and indifference. Some day animal cruelty will be a thing of the past. I want to live long enough to see it. Or rather I want it to happen soon.
