The Canada section will now need updating. England and Wales have severe restriction on tail docking and Scotland has a complete ban. France for some reason opted out of the European Convention on docking - although at a practical level almost all vets refuse to do the operation. The USA seems to be the most backward on this issue, with docking and cropping still legal almost everywhere and (worse) quite common practice.
