Someone in Romania discarded a litter of puppies in a sack, but the rescue group Howl of a Dog found them. Howl of a Dog does good work. I have seen quite a few videos. I can never watch just one. They are such tiny helpless little puppies.

They didn't all make it, but the three that did are beautiful dogs. The rest were too cold and weak.
They were abandoned in an isolated spot. Someone had to go to a lot of trouble to abandon them there. Wouldn't it have been easier to drop them at a shelter. Better yet, get the mother spayed. Or keep her in when she is in season. It doesn't last that long.
