Last Tuesday two deer, a male and a female went into a fenced lot and are now trapped in there. The female has since given birth.

It is unclear how they are going to be removed from the area safely. Different ideas are being considered.

We have quite a time with wildlife in the city of Toronto. They wander up and down our ravines and can emerge right in the city in the midst of traffic and housing.
Hopefully the next news we hear will be about the deer safely rescued and on their way.
