Another Right Whale found dead
#1
Recently there have been 6 Right Whale deaths in the Gulf of St Lawrence. This latest death brings the number to 7. For a species with a dwindling population this death is on too many. The previous deaths involved net entanglements and blunt force trauma. In other words, human causes. The whales are choosing to live in the Gulf of St Lawrence. We need to act quickly to protect them there.

We need to ask ourselves why they have moved from their traditional feeding grounds. How can we make their new feeding grounds safer. How can we act to protect whales every where. The oceans would seem so empty without them.
