Biodiversity Loss in the 21st Century: The Sixth Mass Extinction

I don't understand why there's such a public opposition to global warming, it's pretty clear that it's a significant driver of biodiversity loss with very robust evidence and is something the public critically needs to take seriously.

I think there will be a lot of die-offs to come, even with increased efforts to conserve, and it will be a problem for generations to come but I think it is possible to stabilise this issue if enough is done now to rectify the damage we have caused.
