cruelty to veal calves

We have pockets of animal cruelty. The veal industry is not right across the country. In some ways it makes it harder to regulate. How do you get people worked up enough to demand change for something that does not happen in their area. Out of sight, out of mind. Quebec does have it's own rules and the Federal Government treads softly when dealing with them. (It is a complicated situation)

I think even people raising veal calves were shocked by the video. I hope that translates into action!
I hope the people who eat veal see this and reject eating veal and further sustaining the whole thing.

We need a serious change of farming rules and we need to screen farm employees better. Some people should not be working around animals.
