A whale of a tale

A lobster fisherman was diving off of Cape Cod. He felt something hit him from behind. Next thing he knew he was in the mouth of a humped back whale.
Things were looking bad and then suddenly, the whale spit him out.
He was rescued and in spite of a few injuries, he is doing very well.

I think that takes the prize for the tallest tale that also happens to be true. 
After that experience what else could you do for excitement.
