Wildlife Photographer of the year 2021
#1
The 2021 Wildlife Photographer of the year contest has produced some of the most stunning pictures I have even seen. The range of animals represented is remarkable.

I don't know how they ever choose winners. There are amazing pictures showcasing skill and timing. How many hours of photography are needed before you capture a Golden Tree Snake and a Tokay Gecko. The outcome of that situation is not so certain.
Capturing a picture of numerous Cheetahs swimming a river together is a once in a lifetime shot.
We are getting rare glimpses into the lives of animals with pictures like these.

I am going to add these pictures to this thread.  There is a Bird Photographer of the year contest.

The pictures are incredible!

The BC SPCA had its own photo contest and they had some good results.

I love the raccoon and the hotdog. That is something you would expect to see in Toronto.
