Toronto ranked the most pet friendly city in Canada

I just had to post this. Toronto has just been ranked the most pet friendly city in Canada. We have 114 pet stores (probably more because some of the smaller ones wouldn't be listed). We have 99 pet friendly hotels and at least a dozen pet friendly restaurants. There are off leash dog parks all over the city. Dogs even ride the public transit. Many stores have a resident cat. I know at least one with a resident turtle. 
They are even going to allow people's dogs to enjoy a meal at a restaurant with their owner as long as it is an  outdoor setting.
Many restaurants have sidewalk dining and allow people's dog to sit beside the outdoor table.

If you are an animal lover you will find lots of company in Toronto. There are pets of all kinds everywhere. 
I just wonder what our world pet friendly ranking would be. I have never lived anywhere as pet friendly as this.
