Animal Sanctuary in danger of closing.

Hugo's Small Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is really struggling and in danger of closing. A succession of lockdowns has  impeded their fundraising.  
People who would want to donate are themselves struggling. If they don't find a source of funds they have no choice but to close. This leaves their animals in a very vulnerable position. Some animals could be placed elsewhere. Some animals would be in danger of euthanasia.

There is no doubt that the pandemic has been hard on shelters, rescues and sanctuaries. These kind of places depend on donations and volunteers to keep up their work. I don't know if this particular shelter can be saved. I hope so.  We can't save them all. None of us has that kind of resources. The best we can do is help support our local shelters and trust that people in Blackpool are going to do the same.
