There are often pets in movies and tv shows. This is true of cartoon shows as well.  The people who care for these pets are not always the best. They are sometimes quite bad, even cruel.
These are 15 of the worst pet owners.

They certainly never seem to feed them or give them water. These fictional pets get know care at all from their fictional owners.
The problem with that is the bad example they set.  Real people, with real pets are getting a mistaken idea of how these pets need to be cared for.
Just because it is fictional doesn't mean  a pet doesn't need care. Maybe they need more care because they are the example that most people see.
