Deaf shelter dog finds his perfect home

A six year old dog was left at a shelter. During adoption events he was overlooked because of his deafness. Then a teenager with hearing loss spotted his picture on the website and knew that this was the dog for him. They bonded immediately. The dog is now called Dave and he walked into his new home like he was meant to be there. Dave is happy in his new home. He even knows some basic sign language so they can communicate with him. His new human companion, Walker, is much better with Dave in his life. He struggles with his own problems and Dave has given him confidence.

It is another who rescued who situation. The rescuer has benefited a lot from rescuing Dave. Dave was the perfect dog for him. Dave is in the perfect home.
His new people do understand him, especially Walker. There really is a perfect home for every shelter dog. Dave was lucky he found his perfect home so soon.
