A blond, fence climbing grizzly bear

Bear 178 or Nakoda  is a 6 1/2 year old blond grizzly bear. She lives along the Trans Canada Highway between Banff and Yoho national parks. 
She has become very good at climbing the protective fence along the highway so she can munch on the dandelions that grow there.
The parks people are going to put an electric wire along the fence to keep her on the safe side away from traffic.

I know they are just trying protect Nakoda from traffic. I don't know if it is going to work. I bet she finds a way to get to her dandelions.
Maybe they should give up on fences and work on training traffic.
