BC is experiencing some dangerous high temperatures. Someone going along the highway in northern BC, noticed something and stopped. Two female dogs and twelve puppies were trying to shelter under a trailer. They are now in the care of the BC SPCA.
There are 5 eight week old puppies and 7 ten week old puppies. The moms and puppies all have health issues and need a lot of care.
They are responding well to good care and a safe environment.
They were probably keep in a kennel before they were dumped.

This is terrible. There is probably a puppy mill out there or someone was hoping to make money from these dogs.
Now they don't want them so they dumped them. That is so irresponsible and illegal. I hope they catch whoever did this.
It is a good thing they were found in time. without food or water, the heat would have killed them.
Three cheers for drivers that stop when they think they have seen something.
