What do post menopausal Orca females do?

Orcas can live 40-50 years after menopause. That is a lot of time. What do the females do? They look after their adult sons.
It seems they keep the young adult males from getting into trouble.

Maybe we are not so different from Orcas. Mom keeps her sons out of trouble.
