Justice for Geronimo
#1
It has been two years since Geronimo, the Alpaca, was taken away and killed on the suspicion of bovine TB.
People fought for his life while he was alive and now they fight for justice. He was taken away, but how and where was he killed. Why couldn't he have been humanely killed at home. Why traumatize him.
They want to know the results of post mortem tests. It didn't confirm bovine TB.
They are now pushing for something called Geronimo's law to change the bovine TB policy.
The current policy doesn't serve to control the disease. It did result in the unnecessary death of Geronimo the Alpaca.

I am glad they are continuing the fight. The only meaning Geronimo's death can have, is if it serves to change policies to prevent other deaths and cruelties.
The way Geronimo was removed was cruel and unnecessary. He did not deserve that. No animals does.
