Puppy found tied to a pole

A group of dog rescuers were out for a drive when they found a puppy tied to  a pole. The puppy was over joyed when they stopped. When he stood up they could see his legs were bent and walking was hard. It turned up he had rickets due to poor nutrition. One of the rescuers took the puppy home and now he has recovered and is a fine strong young dog.

I love a happy ending and for the little puppy it is definitely a happy ending. He has a fine new loving family and they were able to save his health.
Sadly his former family probably couldn't afford to feed him better. He is definitely better off now.
