1000 birds die in one night because of one Chicago building
#1
It is migration time in North America and in one night over 1000 birds struck one building and died.

There is always a problem with birds hitting buildings during migration and other times. One thousand dead in one night is an extreme number.
I really think the owner of these buildings should be fined and forced to make changes to protect the birds.  The bird population cannot sustain such extreme losses. There must be changes and it must be done soon.
