Tangled mat of fur turns into adorable dog when rescued

When the police arrested someone in Orlando Florida, they found she had a badly neglected dog. He was a tangled mass of fur.
He ended up with central Florida fosters where he got the care he needed. A volunteer gave him the grooming he so badly needed. 
Under all that tangled mess was the cutest little dog with a beautiful face. He has the personality to match. They are now accepting applications to adopt him.

Sullivan is just the cutest little dog. It was a lucky day when his former owner was arrested. She clearly couldn't look after him.
Now we just have to hope he gets the right forever family. He will bring them much joy and they could give him the happy life he deserves.
