Cat thinks new baby gear is for him

A woman who is expecting is bringing home things for the new baby. She has baby beds and toys ready for the new arrival.
Her cat has decided that these new things are for him. He sleeps in the baby's bed and plays with the new mobile.
He is even using the new pram as a cool hiding place.

I wonder how the cat will react to the new baby.
Will he be jealous or will he think the baby is his too and react accordingly.
