When we think of working animals, we think of dogs. It turns out a number of different species have jobs.
Some animals are easily trained and if we make it worth their while they are happy to do the job.

Who knew that ferrets could actually do something useful. Rats of course do lots of jobs. They are clever enough to do many things.
I think the bats have the best job. They comfortably live in a library for a living. Maybe they do eat insects, but if they do it is because they want to.
I wonder what other animals have jobs.
I know my guinea pigs have a full time job keeping my kitchen free of blueberries. So far they have a 100% success rate.
